Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-52 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE OTTER LAKE ROAD REALIGNMENT FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING. <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 12, 1996, <br />a report has been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with reference <br />to the Otter Lake Road Street Improvement, and this report was <br />received by the Council on May 13, 1996, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the estimated <br />total cost of the improvement. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of <br />June, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />reuired by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of May, 1996. <br />fi/a - 64t <br />Marilyn .
