Council Member Lyden <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 53 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 53 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF AND <br />THE LINO LAKES GAS UTILITY REPRESENTATIVE (VERN REINERT) TO <br />PREPARE GAS UTILITY OPTIONS FOR CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has previously reviewed their options as it relates <br />to gas utility services throughout the community, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized staff to enter into an agreement with a law <br />firm specializing in municipal gas franchises, for the purpose of <br />determining all available options the City of Lino Lakes may have <br />for future gas utility services, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lino Lakes City Council requests that the appropriate staff, along with its gas <br />utility representative (Vern Reinert) prepare and present gas utilities options for <br />City Council review. <br />2. The City council be kept abreast of the process of this research at future work <br />session. <br />3. The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
