Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-62 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS - PHEASANT HILLS 7TH ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council passed by the council on <br />December 18, 1995, a report has been prepared by Loucks and Associates, Inc., for the <br />improvement of Pheasant Hills 7th Addition, and this report was received by City Council <br />on April 8, 1996, and <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by 100% of the property owners proposed to be assessed <br />for these improvements has been received waiving their right to a public hearing and <br />appeal of assessment and requesting that 50 days of the 60 day waiting period as per <br />Section 8.06 of the Lino Lakes City Charter be waived. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted <br />the 8th day of April, 1996. <br />2. Loucks and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the Engineer for these <br />improvements.
