Council Member Neal introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- WW <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE COUNTRY LAKES <br />ESTATES PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, construction of the Country Lakes Estates Phase 2 Improvements <br />have been completed by Bonine Excavating, Inc., <br />AND WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, that: <br />Final Payment is hereby approved for the Country Lakes Estates Phase 2 <br />Improvements. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of June, 199 <br />c_ <br />Tg- 6:2 c C_CA 06-7 <br />Marilyn G.
