Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 71 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDER REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT - TRAPPER'S CROSSING PHASE 2 STREET AND UTILITY <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Trapper's Crossing Phase 2 and 3 by <br />constructing street, curb and gutter, storm sewer and water supply and sanitary sewer <br />systems, filed with the Council on June 24, 1996, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is make in <br />conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer, or his assigns, and he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th d , of June, 1996. <br />n1L <br />Marilyn G. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kuether, <br />Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: none, Council Member Bergeson was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on June 24, 1996. <br />Manly G.
