Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a cooperative agreement with <br />the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the project entitled. Community -Oriented <br />Policing (COPS) Grant Program, Overtime, during the period from August 1, 1996 <br />through July 31, 1997. <br />Mayor, John L. Landers and Clerk -Treasurer, Marilyn G. Anderson are hereby authorized <br />to execute such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the project <br />on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of August, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />'✓ <br />rJ_ <br />Marilyn G.
