Council Member Neal <br />`- adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 94 <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE PLACEMENT OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS <br />ON GLENVIEW DRIVE AND GLENVIEW LANE <br />WHEREAS, due to increased usage of Sunrise Park and to the development of new <br />homes on the east side of Sunrise Park, automobile parking near the <br />intersection of Glenview Drive and Glenview Lane has caused concern for <br />safe passage in that area, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that two (2) "No Parking" signs be installed on <br />Glenview Drive as indicated on the attached map. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of August, 1996. <br />Marilyn <br />,e <br />. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />L. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kuether and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Bergeson was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
