Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 99 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITY AND WETLAND EASEMENTS FOR <br />THE CENTENNIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />WHEREAS, utility easements on the Centennial Middle School site are required to <br />allow for maintenance of the utility system, and <br />WHEREAS, wetland easements on the Centennial Middle School site are required to <br />protect wetlands on the site, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES: <br />The utility and wetland easements prepare by agents of the Centennial School District for <br />`-- the Middle School are hereby approved. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of August, 1996. <br />Marilyn <br />Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />L. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: none, Council Member Bergeson was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
