Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-127 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PLACEMENT OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS <br />ON MAIN STREET AND AENON PLACE <br />WHEREAS, vehicles are parking on Main Street within the right turn lane for <br />Aenon Place, and; <br />WHEREAS, site distances are obstructed from vehicles parking too close to the <br />intersection of Main Street and Aenon Place. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />request that Anoka County install No Parking signs on Main Street at the <br />intersection of Main Street and Aenon Place to prohibit parking within the <br />right turn lane to Aenon Place and to provide proper site distance from <br />said intersection. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 23rd day of S <br />rg <br />Marilyn G. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Lyden and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, <br />Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, <br />adopted and approved by the City Council on 9/23 , 1996. <br />Marilyn G.
