Council Member Lyden <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-138 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK -TREASURER TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION <br />WITH THE 1996 PROPERTY TAXES, COLLECTABLE IN 1997 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and Chapter 402, <br />Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer has prepared a list of residents who have <br />delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for <br />collection with the 1996 property tax statements, collectable in 1997, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was mailed to residents on August 19, 1996 with <br />a second notice mailed September 23, 1996. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br />Council hereby levies the sums of money collectable in the year 1997 upon the attached <br />list of properties in the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 1996. <br />4-A (I <br />Marilyn Gderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />n Landers - Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson <br />Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
