Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-139 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A <br />PORTION OF FOURTH AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the portion of Fourth Avenue from Elm Street to 35W appears not <br />to be needed for transportation purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That a public hearing be set for Monday, November 11, 1996, at 6:30 pm <br />to consider the vacation of Fourth Avenue from Elm Street to 35W. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of October, 1996. <br />hn L.
