Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-147 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE TURN BACK OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 49. <br />WHEREAS, on June 24, 1996, the City Council of Lino Lakes adopted a Resolution No. <br />96-29 approving a Memorandum of Understanding for the turn back of Trunk Highway <br />49 from Lilac Street to the Lino Lakes Correctional Facility entrance, said length of turn <br />back being 0.28 miles; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. that the City of Lino Lakes enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 75518 with the State <br />of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit: to <br />provide for turn back , by the State to the City, of the 4th Avenue North section of <br />Trunk Highway No. 49 between Lilac Street and the entrance to the Lino Lakes <br />Correctional Facility within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 0204-14 <br />(T. H. 49=326). <br />2. that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute such <br />agreement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th d- of November, 1996. <br />Marilyn . Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on November 12, 1996. <br />Marilyn G.
