Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-149 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS -35W / TH 49 Interchange Commercial Development Area Trunk Utilities. <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of October, 1996, fixed a date for a <br />council hearing on the proposed improvement for the 35W / TH 49 Interchange Commercial <br />Development Trunk Utilities by constructing watermain and sanitary sewer. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of November, 1996, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer or his assigns is hereby designated as the Engineer for these improvements. The <br />engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 2nd day December, 1996. <br />'LSI <br />n L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Lyden <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, <br />Neal, Lyden, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and approved by the <br />City Council on December 2, 1996. <br />Marilyn G.
