Council member Neal <br />move its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-161 <br />RESOLUTION DELETING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FROM <br />CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the City owns two parcels on Sunset Road that will remain a holding pond, and <br />WHEREAS, there are assessments owing on these parcels, and <br />WHEREAS, the City auditor has suggested that the City write off the amount owing as the bonds <br />have been paid for many years, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessments are recorded in the Closed Bond Fund which has a solvent fund <br />balance, and <br />WHEREAS, the amount owing is $10, 510. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Finance Director has authority to write off City <br />assessments from the Closed Bond Fund. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 16th day of December, 1996. <br />-04Ji,. <br />Marilyn G.
