Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-163 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM <br />THE SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND <br />WHEREAS, the residents of Rice Lake Estates requested a Letter of Map Revision, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Engineering, planning and legal costs were incurred on this project, and <br />WHEREAS, these costs were coded to an escrow account, and <br />WHEREAS, these costs were assessed in 1996, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessments are being receipted into the Surface Water Management <br />Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br />transfer from the Surface Water Management Fund to the Escrow Fund be approved as <br />follows: <br />Surface Water Mangement (422) <br />Escrow Fund (801) <br />Increase Decrease <br />$4,807 <br />($4,807) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 16th day of December, 1996. <br />n Landers - Mayor <br />/ ! ev-f i <br />arlyn G. Anderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Lyden. <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Lyden, <br />Lyden, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
