Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-173 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE 1992 CERTIFICATE OF <br />INDEBTEDNESS FUND TO THE CLOSED BOND FUND FOR CLOSURE <br />WHEREAS, the Certificates were paid in full in 1995, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a balance of $3,012, and <br />WHEREAS, the Closed Bond Fund accounts for all excess funds from paid bond funds. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br />transfer from the 1992 Certificate of Indebtedness Fund for closure to the Closed Bond <br />Fund be approved as follows: <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />Increase Decrease <br />$3,012 <br />1992 Certificate of Indebtedness (307) ($3,012) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 16th day of December, 1996. <br />Marilyn G. Anderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />n Landers - Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Lyden <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Lyden, <br />Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Members Kuether was absent. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
