Council member Neal introduced the following resolution and <br />move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-177 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE AREA AND UNIT FUND <br />TO THE G.O. TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BOND 1994 FUND FOR CLOSURE <br />WHEREAS, the City called the bonds in November, and <br />WHEREAS, the fund is a deficit, and <br />WHEREAS, the Area and Unit fund will be reimbursed from State and County funds, and <br />WHEREAS, there are assessments owing that will be allocated to the Area and Unit Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized and the G.O. <br />Temporary Bonds 1994 Fund be closed. <br />G.O. Temp. Improve Bds 1994 (311) <br />Area and Unit Fund (406) <br />Increase Decrease <br />$1,892,145 <br />($1,892,145) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 16th day of December, 1996. <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Lyden <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />
