CERTIFICATION <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Clerk -Treasurer of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, (the "City") <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY as follows: <br />1. I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />Resolution with the original thereof which is on file and of record <br />in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete copy of the <br />resolution duly adopted by the City Council of the City at a <br />meeting thereof, duly called and held on February 10, 1997, insofar <br />as the same relates to the City's $6,000,000 Variable Rate Demand <br />Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, Series 1997 (Taylor <br />Corporation Project). <br />2. Councilmember Kuether introduced the <br />attached Resolution No. 97- 19 <br />, and moved its adoption. <br />3. The motion for the adoption of the attached <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neal <br />and, after full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, <br />Neal, Landers. <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />776937.1 <br />By Gth. <br />Clerk-Tieasurer <br />
