Council Member Kuether <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 25 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT - 35W/49 INTERCHANGE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the 35W/49 <br />Interchange Commercial Development Area Trunk Utility Improvements, bids were <br />received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received <br />complying with the advertisement: <br />Name <br />Bonine Excavating <br />S.
