Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-27 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 9 (final) FOR PUMPHOUSE NO. 4 <br />WHEREAS, the construction of Pumphouse No. 4 has been completed by Mills <br />Concrete Restoration, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment number 6 (final) is approved for a total contract amount of <br />$10,454.10. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of M. rch, 1997. <br />a\P-4Q-04-Ort. <br />Marilyn G.
