Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 31 <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING REPRIMAND <br />WHEREAS, on October 14, 1996 the City Council adopted a motion to place a <br />letter of reprimand in the file of an city employee; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the specific proposed letter, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes as follows: <br />1. The City Council hereby approves the proposed letter of reprimand to be <br />placed in the file of the employee in question, as discussed at the October <br />14, 1996 City Council meeting. <br />2. The Mayor is directed to sign the letter of reprimand on behalf of the City <br />Council and to place a copy of the letter in the employee's personnel file, <br />along with a copy of this Resolution. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of March, 1997. <br />w04 J ✓t.0Y�12 <br />Marilyn G. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: Council Member Lyden <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
