Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-34 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING CHANGE TO "NO PARKING" LIMITS ON MAIN <br />STREET <br />WHEREAS, a property owner has requested that parking be allowed on a portion <br />of Main Street, and <br />WHEREAS, Main Street has sufficient width to accommodate parking on the <br />shoulder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />request that Anoka County change the No Parking limits on Main Street to <br />allow parking from the start of the right turn lane for Aenon Place to Lake <br />Drive. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of arch, 1997. <br />C ice. -.tip <br />Marilyn 6. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, <br />Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, <br />adopted and approved by the City Council on March 24 <br />, 1997. <br />Marilyn G.
