Council Member Kuether <br />its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 47 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL AGREEMENT WITH ANOKA <br />COUNTY, 49/23 INTERSECTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City previously entered into State of Minnesota Traffic Control <br />Agreement No. 73845 for a traffic control signal at CSAH No. 23 (Lake Drive), Trunk <br />Highway No. 49 (Hodgson Road), and CR No. 10 (North Road), <br />AND WHEREAS, State Trunk Highway No. 49 is under the jurisdiction of Anoka County <br />now known as CSAH No. 49, <br />AND WHEREAS, Anoka County Joint Powers Agreement No. 970502 is consistent with <br />the cost sharing formulas outlined in Resolution No. 92-57 previously approved by the <br />City Council of Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council of Lino Lakes approves Anoka County Agreement No. 970502 and <br />hereby authorizes and directs the proper City officers to execute said agreement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of April, 1997. <br />Marilyn G. <br />A. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Bergeson was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
