Council member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-59 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM T.I.F. DISTRICT 3-1 <br />TO THE ESCROW FUND FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES <br />AND UP FRONT ASSISTANCE <br />WHEREAS, the Escrow fund has accounted for costs associated with Northern <br />Wholesale, and <br />WHEREAS, these account is closed, and <br />WHEREAS, the total amount owing is $89,249.26. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Escrow Fund (Assistance) (801) $85,000 <br />Escrow Fund (Administrative Fees) (801) 4,249 <br />T.I.F. 3-1 (414) <br />($89,249) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 1997. <br />Jo n Landers - Mayor <br />Marilyn G.
