Council member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-60 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM T.I.F. DISTRICT 1-7 <br />TO THE ESCROW FUND FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES <br />AND UP FRONT ASSISTANCE <br />WHEREAS, the Escrow fund has accounted for costs associated with Progressive <br />Engineering, and <br />WHEREAS, these account is closed, and <br />WHEREAS, the total amount owing is $46,145. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Escrow Fund (Assistance) (801) $36,540 <br />Escrow Fund (Administrative Fees) (801) 9,605 <br />T.I.F. 1-7 (413) <br />($46,145) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 1997. <br />Joh( Landers - Mayor <br />Marilyn G. ` nderson, Clerk Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Kuethr, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />
