Council member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-61 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM T.I.F. DISTRICT 3-1 <br />TO THE ESCROW FUND FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES <br />WHEREAS, the Escrow fund has accounted for costs associated with Adgraphics, and <br />WHEREAS, this account is closed, and <br />WHEREAS, the total amount owing is $7,863. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Escrow Fund (801) <br />T.I.F. 3-1 (414) ($7,863) <br />$7,863 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 1997. <br />Marilyn G.
