Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-88 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - MARVY STREET AND LEONARD DRIVE UTILITY <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, a petition was received by Council against the improvement of Marvy Street <br />from Sunset Road to Jon Avenue and Leonard Street from Marvy Street to Bradley <br />Street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The project is not ordered to proceed. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 11th day of Aug st, 1997. <br />Jahn L. Landers, Mayor <br />Marilyn G.
