Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - <br />TOWN CENTER PARKWAY. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Town Center Parkway from Village Drive to the proposed <br />Public Facilities by constructing street, curb and gutter, and storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and <br />watermain and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer, or his assigns, for study <br />and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11tJ} day of August, 1997. <br />ajzi <br />ilyn G. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on August 11, 1997. <br />Marilyn G.
