Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-156 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE 77TH STREET <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY WHERE IT ABUTS MOLIN CONCRETE <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the westerly 1,287.51 feet, <br />more or less, of 77th Street as shown on the attached map be vacated, and <br />WHEREAS, the portion of 77th Street indicated on the map has been reviewed <br />by the City Engineer/Public Works Director and no adverse future problems were <br />noted, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 10th, 1997 and October <br />8th, 1997 before the Planning and Zoning Board, and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be in the best interest of the City to vacate such <br />portion of 77th Street, and <br />WHEREAS, four fifths of all the members of the Council concur in this resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the westerly 1,287.51 feet, more <br />or less, of 77th Street as shown on the attached map be vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Li Lak this 27th day of October, 1997. <br />/ohn Landers, Mayor <br />ATTEST <br />Qom. <br />Marilyn G.
