Council Member Bergeson <br />its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 170 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO LINO LAKES MUNICIPAL STATE AID <br />SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, Department of Transportation State Aid for Local Transportation Division <br />State Aid Operation Rules Chapter 8820 allows cities to designate routes as Municipal <br />State Aid, and <br />WHEREAS, the segments recommended to e added to the Lino Lakes Municipal State <br />Aid System are projected to carry a relatively heavier traffic volume or connect points of <br />major traffic interests within Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That non -existing 'Street C' from Cedar Street to County Road 84 be designated as <br />Municipal State Aid. The length of this segment is 0.19 miles. <br />2. That existing Elm Street from Second Avenue to 0.06 miles west of Lake Drive 84 be <br />designated as Municipal State Aid. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favorthereof: Bergeson, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: <br />None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
