Council member Bergeson <br />move its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-178 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM <br />THE GENERAL FUND TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND <br />WHEREAS, dollars were budgeted for trail improvements in 1997, and <br />WHEREAS, trail improvements were then done with Community Development Block Grant <br />dollars, and <br />WHEREAS, these costs were paid from the C.D.B.G. Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized: <br />Increase Decrease <br />C.D.B.G. Fund (402) $15,000 <br />General Fund (101) <br />($15,000) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 15th day of December, 1997. <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk Treasurer <br />n Landers - Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Lyden <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, <br />Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />
