Council member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-179 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM <br />THE CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS 1994 AND 1995 <br />TO THE CLOSED BOND FUND FOR CLOSURE <br />WHEREAS, the 1994 Certificates of Indebtedness matured in 1996, and <br />WHEREAS, the 1995 Certificates of Indebtedness mature in 1997, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains excess funds in both. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer and fund closure be <br />authorized: <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />Certificates of Indebtedness 94 (312) <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />Certificates of Indebtedness 95 (313) <br />Increase <br />$10,537 <br />$ 4,044 <br />Decrease <br />($10,537) <br />($ 4,044) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 15th day of December, 1997. <br />Marilyn G.
