�-' Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-180 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS - LILAC STREET TRUNK UTILTY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council passed by the council on November 24, <br />1997, a report has been prepared by OSM, Inc., with reference to the Trunk Utility <br />Improvements along Lilac Street and into proposed Behm's Century Farm 4th, 5th and 66 <br />Additions, improvements consist of trunk watermain and sanitary sewer, and this report was <br />received by City Council on November 24, 1997, and <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by 100% of the property owners proposed to be assessed for these <br />improvements has been received waiving their right to a public hearing, appeal of assessment <br />and 50 of the 60 waiting days per the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />\.- LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted the 24th <br />day of November, 1997. <br />2. TKDA, Inc. is hereby designated as the Engineer for these improvements. The engineer <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 15th day of December, 1997. <br />Joh <br />Marilyn G. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Kuether, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: Council Member Lyden. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
