Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br /> — moved its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-07 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT and CALL HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - 21ST <br /> AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY PROJECT. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 24, 1997, a report <br /> has been prepared by TKDA, Inc., with reference to the improvement of 215t Avenue by <br /> constructing watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street, and this report was <br /> received by the council on January 26, 1998, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br /> report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br /> the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino <br /> Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $. <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 23`d day of February, <br /> 1998, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give <br /> mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by <br /> law. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 26th day if J 19 <br /> Kkn'$e y'A.IIyulljvan, Mayor <br /> C6411"� <br /> Marilyn- .
