Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 98-09 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS - LAKE DRIVE TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FROM 79TH STREET TO MAIN STREET AND MAIN STREET FROM LAKE DRIVE TO LINO LAKES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th day of October 13, 1997, fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Lake Drive from 79th Street to Main Street and along Main Street from Lake Drive to Lino Lakes Elementary School by constructing watermain and sanitary sewer, and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 24th day of November, 1997, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted the 13th day of October, 1997. 3. SEH, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26 01114.1 ' Maril n G. The following voted against same: none. Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
