Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-33 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 5 (final) and CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 and <br />NO. 3 FOR BIRCH STREET TRUNK WATERMAIN PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Birch Street Trunk Watermain Project has been <br />completed by Richard Knutson, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $15,173.40 is approved. <br />2. Change Order No. 3 in the amount of ($5,396.20) is approved. <br />3. Payment number 7 (final) in the amount of $7,954.. 18 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $576,101.77. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of <br />M4rilyn G.
