Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-34 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 7 (final) and CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 and <br />NO. 4 FOR CLEARWATER CREEK TRUNK UTILITY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Clearwater Creek Trunk Utility Project has been <br />completed by Richard Knutson, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $64,129.95 is approved. <br />2. Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $13,328.52 is approved. <br />3. Payment number 7 (final) in the amount of $23,328.52 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $850,968.06. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of <br />Marilyn G.
