Council Member Lyden <br />_ adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 49 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT - TOWN CENTER PARKWAY, PHASE TWO, STREET AND UTILITY <br />CONSTRUCTION. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Town <br />Center Parkway, Phase 2, Street and Utility Construction, bids were received, opened <br />and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with <br />the advertisement: <br />Company Bid Amount <br />S. R Weidema, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with S. R. Weidema, Inc., 17600 113th Avenue North, Maple Grove, Minnesota <br />55369, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the Town <br />Center Parkway, Phase 2, Street and Utility Construction according to the plans <br />and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br />
