Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-61 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING MUSA DESIGNATION FOR MOLIN <br />CONCRETE (415 Lilac Street) <br />WHEREAS, Molin Concrete has petitioned the City for the extension of MUSA <br />Designation to their property located at 415 Lilac Street for the purpose of connection to <br />City Utilities, and <br />WHEREAS, Molin Concrete has agreed to the estimated assessment for said utilities, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to allow this MUSA expansion and utility <br />connection, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes hereby requests <br />the Metropolitan Council to extend Metropolitan Urban Service Area to the 54 acre <br />Molin Concrete site located at 415 Lilac Street. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of April, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />,i <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk/Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal. <br />The following voted against same: none, Mayor Sullivan was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
