Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-62 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING MUSA DESIGNATION FOR 450 LILAC STREET <br />(Douglas Residence) <br />WHEREAS, James and Tracy Douglas have petitioned the City for the extension of <br />MUSA Designation to their property located at 450 Lilac Street for the purpose of <br />connection to City Utilities, and <br />WHEREAS, the existing on-site system at 450 Lilac Street is in need of upgrading, and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners will be required to petition the City for the extension of <br />utilities to their property, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to allow this MUSA expansion and utility <br />connection, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes hereby requests <br />the Metropolitan Council to extend Metropolitan Urban Service Area(MUSA) <br />Designation for one single family residence to the property located at 450 Lilac Street. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of April, 199 <br />Kimberly - r. ulliv <br />ATTEST: <br />lye.� . <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk/Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal. <br />The following voted against same: none, Mayor Sullivan was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
