Council Member Dahl <br />its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 84 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INFLOW/INFILTRATION CONTROL PROGRAM <br />LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL AND LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has allocated funds to the City of Lino Lakes to <br />assist funding a project to reduce inflow and infiltration into the sanitary sewer system, <br />AND WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has implemented a project to reduce inflow and <br />infiltration into the sanitary sewer system; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. do hereby approve and direct Mayor to sign the Inflow/Infiltration Control Program <br />Loan Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and o Lakes <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this.8th •,sof Ju 8. <br />Ki •erl A. S an, Mayor <br />Maril n G. Arrderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
