Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 1 (final) - LAKES ADDITION SANITARY <br />SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Lakes Addition Sanitary Sewer <br />Rehabilitation Project has been completed by Visu-Sewer Clean & <br />Seal, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Payment number 1 (final) in the amount of $84,329.99 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $84,329.99. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 8th day <br />Marilyn G.
