Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 98-97 <br />A RESOLUTION ADDING THE CODE OF CONDUCT FOUND IN CHAPTER <br />204 OF THE CITY CODE TO THE CITY OF LINO LAKES PERSONNEL <br />POLICY <br />WHEREAS, a code of Conduct currently exists in chapter 204 of the City Code, and <br />applies to all elected officials and employees, and <br />WHEREAS, most employees do not use, or read the City Code on a regular basis, and <br />WHEREAS, issues relating to personnel should be located in the Personnel Policy <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby enters into the Personnel Policy the attached code of conduct. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of June, <br />Mari_yn G. Anderson, Clerk/Treasurer <br />11`T an, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Dahl, Lyden, Sullivan. <br />and the following voted against same: none, Council Member Bergeson and <br />Council Member Neal were absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
