Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 103 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 8 (final) and CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - <br />WATER STORAGE TANK NO. 2 PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Water Storage Tank No. 2 Project has been <br />completed by Pitt -Des Moines, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $23,658.00 is hereby approved. <br />2. Payment number 8 (final) in the amount of $5�, -:2.90 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $1,015,858.00. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13' d <br />Marilyn G.
