Council Member Neal <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 98 - 112 <br />introduced the following <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING INTO THE CITY OF LINO LAKES PERSONNEL <br />POLICY, AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, The City has in place, and Employee Assistance Program, and <br />WHEREAS, An Employee Assistance Program is administered through our <br />Medica Insurance carrier and designed to assist our employee <br />through a variety of personal issues such as; work stress, legal <br />matters, financial or marital matters, <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Policy is the most appropriate place to inform <br />employees of the rights and benefits, <br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes incorporates our Employee Assistance Program into the Lino Lakes Personnel <br />Policy Handbook. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th Day o y, 1998. <br />aha Kiy‘. <br />Marilyn G.
