Council Member Lyden <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 117 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 1 (FINAL) AND CHANGE ORDER 1 - WEST <br />SHADOW LAKE DRIVE CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the West Shadow Lake Drive Culvert Replacement <br />Project has been completed by Forest Lake Contracting, Inc., and: <br />WHEREAS, the one year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. To approve Change Order 1 in the amount of $4,442.65 <br />2. To approve Payment No. 1 (final) in the amount of $32,739.65 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of July, 1998. <br />Marilyn .
