Council Member Bergeson <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 128 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 2 (final) and CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />FOR THE ELM STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL ROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Elm Street Traffic Signal Project has been <br />completed by Peoples Electric, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,869.54 is approved. <br />2. Payment number 2 (final) in the amount of $5,334.35 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $68,076.35. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th da <br />Marilyn G. Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Lyden and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: none, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
