<br /> RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON STATE OF MINNESOTA) §
<br /> PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE,
<br /> IMPROVEMENTS IN MILLER'S County of Ramsey )
<br /> SOUTH GLEN PHASE
<br /> WHEREAS,by a resolution passed by the
<br /> City Council on August 10,1998,the City Clerk I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn,
<br /> was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
<br /> ment of the cost outlined in the Development on-oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated
<br /> Agreement for Miller's South Glen Phase I,and
<br /> WHEREAS,the Clerk has notified the City agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad
<br /> Council that.such proposed assessment has
<br /> been completed and filed in her office for public Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which
<br /> inspection.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED are stated below:
<br /> BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
<br /> MINNESOTA- (A)The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constitut-
