<br /> WHEREAS,by a resolution passed by the
<br /> City Council on August 10,1998,the city clerk I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn,
<br /> was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
<br /> ment of the cost outlined in the Development on-oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated
<br /> Agreement for Miller's South Glen Phase 11,and
<br /> WHEREAS,the Clerk has notified the City agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad
<br /> Council that such proposed assessment has
<br /> been completed and filed in her office for public Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which
<br /> inspection.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RES6W= are stated below:
<br /> BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LA
<br /> MINNESOTA: (A)The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constitut-
<br /> 1. A hearing shall be held on Monday,
<br /> September 14, 1998;in the City Hall, 1189 ing qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota
<br /> Main Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota,at 6:30

<br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to

<br /> charged if the entire assessment is paid within composition and publication of the notice:
<br /> thirty(30)days from the adoption of the assess-
<br /> ment.He may,at any time thereafter,pay to the
<br /> City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment abcdefghijkimnopgrstuvwxyz 4,14-
<br /> remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to BY:
<br /> December 31,of the year in which payment is
<br /> made. Such payment must be made before
<br /> November 15, or interest will be charged
