<br /> RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn,
<br /> PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE
<br /> IMPROVEMENTS IN PHEASANT HILLS on-oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated
<br /> PRESERVE 8TH ADDITION
<br /> WHEREAS,by a resolution passed by the agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad
<br /> City Council on August 10,1998,the City Clerk
<br /> was directed to prepare a proposed assess- Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which
<br /> mein of the cost outlined in the Development
<br /> Agreement for Pheasant Hills Preserve 8th are stated below:
<br /> Addition,and
<br /> WHEREAS,the Clerk has notified the City (A)The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constitut-

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Statute 331A-02,331A.07, and other applicable laws,as amended.
<br /> BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
<br /> MINNESOTA:- (B)The Printed Resolution No. 98-137
<br /> 1.A hearing shall be held on Monday,
<br /> September 14, 1998, in the City Hall, 1189
<br /> Main Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at 6:30
<br /> P.M.to pass upon such proposed assessment which is attached was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and
<br /> and at such time and place all persons owning
<br /> property affected by such improvement will be was printed and published once each week, for _successive weeks;
<br /> given an opportunity to be heard with reference
<br /> to such assessment. it was first published on Tuesday , the 18th day of
<br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to August
<br /> cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed , 1998 , and was thereafter printed and published on
<br /> assessment to be published once in the official
<br /> newspaper at least two(2)weeks prior to the every Tuesday to and including Tuesday
<br /> hearing,and she shall state in the notice the
<br /> total costs of the improvement. She shall also the 25thday of August , 1998 ; and printed below is a
<br /> cause mailed notice to be given to the owners
<br /> of each parcel described in the assessment roll copy of the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is
<br /> not less than two(2)weeks prior to the hear-
<br /> ings. hereby acknowledged as being the size and kind of type used in the
<br /> 3.The owner of any property so assessed
<br /> may,at the time prior to certification of the composition and publication of the notice:
<br /> assessment to the County Auditor, pay the
